Seashore Property Management is a locally owned and operated, full-service property management company based right here in Newport Beach, California. We’re a husband-and-wife duo, Sean and Whittney Jarne, and we bring a mix of deep real estate experience, modern marketing expertise, and a shared love for the coastal lifestyle to everything we do.
Sean has been in real estate for over 25 years and has personally sold more than $300 million worth of property. He’s a licensed broker and his experience, negotiation skills, and understanding of the Orange County market make him a trusted partner for investors and homeowners who want things done right the first time.
Whittney is also a licensed realtor, with a background in marketing, digital design, and brand development. Before jumping into real estate full-time, she worked as a marketing manager and development consultant in med-tech and several other industries. She’s the creative brain behind our listings and property marketing and is always looking for new ways to help our clients stand out and succeed.
We live in Newport Beach with our daughter, and we genuinely love the community and lifestyle here. It’s why we started this business — to help other homeowners and investors make the most of their properties without all the stress.
